Questions and Answers
WHAT DOES THE SERVICE COST?
- 5,- € per month
- One trip per year free of charge
- Trip flat rates:
• Up to 20 kilometers - € 25.00 net per trip
• 20 - 25 kilometers - 27,50 € net per trip
• 25 - 30 kilometers - 30,00 € net per trip
• 2.50 € per additional 5 kilometers radius
• Further distance on request and price agreement
- Pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually
- The flat rate is paid per apartment.
IS MY KEY KEPT SAFE?
- Keys are stored in strict compliance with VdS 3138 and DIN EN 50518 guidelines.
- Key safe is video monitored and not freely accessible
- Safe openings are documented and secured with images
- Locking devices cannot be removed from the safe without a release for opening
WHAT ARE THE SECURITY PRECAUTIONS?
- An individual code word, chosen by the customer, is given when the opening is ordered. We will not enter the property without the correct code word.
- The person's personal information will be checked on the spot. If the ID card is in the locked apartment, we will ask to see it when the apartment is opened.
- If the person is unable to identify themselves, we will lock the apartment again without granting access.
WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO CONSIDER?
- A maximum of 3 keys are included: Access to the grounds, access to the house and access to the apartment (mailbox, basement, hobby room, etc. are not included in the deposit).
- If additional keys are required in individual cases (e.g. elevator for an apartment, etc.), the flat rate will be increased by €0.50 per key.
- Included in the package is a trip and opening report.
- Only private customers, no companies or business customers
- It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any change in locks. If collected locks do not fit (or no longer fit) upon arrival, the trip will still be charged.
