Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to Section 7, Paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific violation. Upon becoming aware of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.
Liability for Links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites, the content of which we have no control over. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking.
However, we cannot reasonably be expected to monitor the content of the linked pages on an ongoing basis without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. We will remove such links immediately upon becoming aware that they violate the law.
Copyright
The content and works provided on these pages are governed by the copyright laws of Germany. Duplication, processing, distribution, or any form of commercialization of such material beyond the scope of the copyright law shall require the prior written consent of its respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.
Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us. We will remove such content immediately upon becoming aware that it violates the law.
Equal Treatment Clause
Language is the primary means of human communication and plays a central role in all aspects of life. It is a mirror of our thinking and consciousness and an instrument for perceiving and understanding the world.
Because there is a close connection between thinking and linguistic behavior, gender-inclusive language use is an important step toward achieving equality for women, men, and diversity.
Instead of generalized, masculine personal terms, women and diversity should be expressed linguistically wherever they are or could be meant.
For reasons of equal treatment and equality, all personal content, descriptions, designations, text passages and phrases on this website apply equally to men, women and diversity.
