All armed security personnel at Pond Security meet the requirements of Section 4 of the German Weapons Act (WaffG) and the Security Services Ordinance. This includes a government background check, proof of competence, proof of need, and liability insurance coverage of at least 1 million euros. Regular training ensures that all legal standards are consistently met.
Our armed security personnel undergo quarterly firearms training in accordance with our clients’ specific requirements.
