We are delighted that Pond Security has been named the industry winner in the customer service category at the 2026 German B2B Awards for the second year in a row. This repeated recognition strengthens our customers’ trust and underscores our daily commitment to the highest quality of service, reliability, and collaborative partnerships with our clients.

The German B2B Award is presented annually by the German Society for Consumer Studies (DtGV). The award is based on a comprehensive survey featuring approximately 195,000 evaluations by decision-makers in middle and upper management. A total of 1,444 companies from 112 industries were evaluated, including in the categories of customer satisfaction, customer service, and value for money.
