EMERGENCY CALL AND SERVICE CONTROL CENTER

Die Alarmempfangsstelle der Pond Security Service zählt zu den modernsten Einrichtungen bundesweit und wurde im März 2024 nach DIN EN 50518 und VdS 3138 erneut rezertifiziert.

All monitoring systems, consisting of intrusion detection systems, video surveillance systems and elevator emergency calls, converge at the Pond control center so that all necessary measures are taken immediately in the event of intrusion, fire, hold-up and fault alarms. Activation is carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN 50518 and VdS 3138.
