EMERGENCY CALL AND SERVICE CONTROL CENTER

Pond Security Service's alarm receiving center is one of the most modern facilities in Germany and was recertified in March 2023 according to DIN EN 50518 and VdS 3138.

All monitoring systems, consisting of intrusion detection systems, video surveillance systems and elevator emergency calls, converge at the Pond control center so that all necessary measures are taken immediately in the event of intrusion, fire, hold-up and fault alarms. Activation is carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN 50518 and VdS 3138.
