Pond Security’s emergency and service control center receives these alerts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and immediately takes all necessary action. Whether it’s the police, fire department, or our own response team: you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Pond Security Service's alarm receiving center is one of the most modern facilities in Germany and was recertified in March 2024 in accordance with DIN EN 50518 and VdS 3138.
All monitoring systems, consisting of connections to burglar alarm systems, video surveillance systems, and elevator emergency calls, converge at the Pond control center so that all necessary measures can be taken immediately in the event of burglary, fire, assault, and fault alarms. The connections are made strictly in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 50518 and VdS 3138.

An NSL serves as the central hub for alarm processing and communication with emergency response teams. An AES receives alarms but does not process them further. Control rooms often specialize in specific systems, such as video surveillance. Pond Security combines all three functions into a single facility.
Our control center was recertified in March 2024 in accordance with DIN EN 50518 and VdS 3138 and also complies with ISO 9001 and DIN 77200. You can find a complete overview on our Certificates page.
Our control center is equipped with fail-safe systems for telephony, alarm receivers, and video surveillance technology. The infrastructure is fully redundant, with a UPS response time of 0.2 to 0.4 seconds and a backup generator with a maximum response time of 40 seconds.
