The German B2B Award is presented annually by the German Association for Consumer Studies (DtGV) – an independent market research institute with a focus on objective customer satisfaction analyses. The award is based on over 205,000 evaluations from decision-makers from middle and upper management. A total 1,388 companies from 106 sectors were examined. The following were evaluated:
